A psychological investigation of the incidence of absenteeism amongst Cape factory workers and the reasons therefor
Abstract
dc:description.abstractWith the dawn of 1952 great possibilities face South African industrialists. The wise industrialist, by every available means at his disposal, with the assistance of the Industrial Psychologist, Sociologist and Engineer, is consolidating his position.
