Abstract
dc:description.abstractThe thesis makes a case for the creation of a legally binding instrument to regulate the conduct of multinational corporations operating in the Zimbabwean mining sector. The aim of this thesis is to explore the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its application (or lack thereof) in the Zimbabwean mining sector with a focus on multinational corporations.
