O processo de ocupação e as questões sociais no bairro do Mario Andreazza em Bayeux – PB.

This research aims to contribute in a general context, the understanding of the current dynamics of the urban space of the city of Bayeux , in this sense arose the interest of analyzing the process of occupation and social issues related to the Mario Andreazza neighborhood. Mario Andreazza and a neighborhood of the city of Bayeux , state of Paraíba , access to the neighborhood and by the BR -230 . His name was in honor of the military 's political Andreazza Mario , who among other works , was responsible for the Trans-Amazon Highway , BR -230 , which crosses the city limits and the neighborhood to the north, south borders with the environmental reserve of Mata XEM XEM - which is located in the micro region of João Pessoa , in the town of Bayeux is an area of 182 hectares . Raise the historical aspects of the neighborhood , listening to the community and gather as many information as possible about the study area , were the main objectives of the research . The application of interviews , the bibliographical survey , the collection of historical information with the competent agencies and field activities in the area were the methodological procedures used to meet the proposed objectives . The application of concepts such as slum neighborhood and were useful to understand the different problems that the neighborhood has with regard to urban facilities . The absence of modernity in the town of Bayeux is revealed in its urban morphology, requiring otherwise , which in turn will impose another use , another daily , the need for changes in habits spaces and also we here is present , the ideology of modernity brings to cities in general , major changes in their morphology , but also in the lives of its inhabitants . The work itself allowed me a new understanding of urban morphology and the neighborhood of Mario Andreazza , from the ideas presented in this analysis that facilitated the characterization of urban socio-spatial elements that constituted over time the neighborhood studied here .
