A ação do Bibliosesc na ótica dos/as usuários das comunidades rurais de Bebelância e Lerolândia - Santa Rita - PB

The access to information is a link to the knowledge, which makes it a necessity to integrate the individual to the society of information. Thus, this research was developed in order to analyze the contributions of the Project BiblioSESC on the informational reality and on the reading encouragement in the county of Santa Rita/PB. Therefore, it was necessary to substantiate a bibliographical study addressed the issue. As of the nature of the research, it discusses in a quantitative approach to exploratory. It was used as an instrument of data collection, a questionnaire with open and closed questions to identify the user’s profile and the contribution of the project to the user’s practice of reading. The data analysis shows that the users are stimulated as to the practice of reading, since once they do not have access to another library and hence access to information. Therefore, it was found that the performance of the project in the communities in partnership with associations, have contributed to the social inclusion of the users of the BiblioSESC.
