Papel da incubadora no desenvolvimento das micro e pequenas empresas: um estudo de caso na empresa graduada MDL Brasil Consultoria e Marketing Ltda

This work aims to show the perception of the entrepreneur of a company graded the role of business incubators, which has proved a support tool for the development and stabilization of the Micro and Small companies (MSCs) in the market increasingly competitive. Where sought to answer the following question "What is the perception of the entrepreneur's company MDL Brazil on the role of Campina Grid Technology Incubator (ITCG)". Where it was made case-study submitting questionnaires and an interview in order to investigate deeper the object of the research, where it has been observed which services are offered by ITCG, how was the hatching process, which benefits and if there was weak points observed by the company. Being determined that there is a huge contribution from the hatchery to the hatching enterprises and in the specific case of MDL Brasil revealed that it has a great value where it has been offer full support to the structure with laboratory office, meeting rooms and others as consultancy in several areas. It had another advantage, to become partner with ITCG and earning more benefit, contributing, that way, to establish its position in the market. The negative points raised were only the foment of founds to the continuous increase of the hatchery and establishing a continuity of the projects another point that should be raised would be a follow-up with the graduated companies that has been implanted the project “Associated Enterprises” which comes to act in the area.
