Planejamento e ação: um estudo de caso sobre a implementação das estratégias em uma distribuidora de medicamentos na Paraíba

To be competitive organizations need to deliver a set of benefits that generate attractiveness and develop effective strategies that ensure the uniqueness of organizations, raising the organization to the desired level within the market. In search of this organizations began to invest in Strategic Planning. However, it was perceived that Strategic Management is much broader and is not only the formulation stage, but also implementation. In addition, this is considered as the preponderant factor of the success of the organization. There are few studies on the implementation of strategies, some authors are very assertive when they indicate that research is scarce directed to the understanding of the implementation of strategies and the causes of their success or failure and reaffirm the academic and marketing relevance of this theme. The choice of this topic is justified by the researcher's desire to produce knowledge through observation and understanding of the factors, specificities and difficulties related to the strategy, specifically in a Medication Distributor, where the process of designing and executing the planning process strategic. Insofar as this work analyzed what are and the influence of organizational factors in the implementation of the strategy, it is expected that the results found contribute to the studies on the subject, with this, not only the organization under study, but others may also the results presented.
