O plano de ação como instrumento de controle no processo de gestão estratégica da produção

With the rise of organizations and expansion of competition is increasingly necessary use to tools to support to making decision as well as to correct and improve the practices of organizations. This research has as main objective to discuss the implementation of the action plan as an instrument of control in the process of strategic management of production in a subunit administrative hospital service. In terms of relevance, the intention is to verify the feasibility of this implantation and its possible contributions emphasizing the importance of the plan inside the hospital complex through the strategic management of the production. To give foundation to the research were used the studies of Teixeira (2006), Pires (1995), Tavares (2010), Maximiano (2011), Cerra (2000), Bachmann (2010) and Santos (2010), among others authors of indisputable knowledge. The data collection has done through a semi-structured interview and field diary with a group that has specific characteristic in common. According to methodological procedures, the Analytical Method developed by Pereira (2002b) was applied in the transcribed speeches of the interviewees. The interviewees are employees of several hierarchical levels of this hospital administrative subunit. The obtained results demonstrate that there is a need for a control instrument and its lack entails the loss of information, difficulty in identifying failures, as well as the commitment of data unification. During the interview it was realized that much of the information collected in the hospital are not used by management at the time which could weaken to making decision.
