As concepções e práticas atuais de gestão educacional em uma escola privada em João Pessoa- PB

This monograph seeks to analyze the understanding of concepts and current practices of Educational Management in view the professional image management in a private school in Joao Pessoa, PB. It also intends to reflect on democratic school management, and the role of the manager in order to fertilize the collaboration of the school community in the educational and administrative level decisions. The consequences emphasize the great value of democratic management for fitness education and aim that, although significant progress has already happened, is still necessary to deepen understanding about the matter, extend the spaces for discussion and clustering efforts in the fight by a competent democratic management, essential for improving the quality of education.
