Bullyng e o papel do pedagogo no município da Alagoa Grande

This paper aims to analyze and discuss the issue of bullyng in schools and to reflect on the role of the pedagogue in the face of situations in the educational environment. When confronted with situations that are humiliating and embarrassing in the local student environment, which in its genesis presupposes learning, ignorance of people, including education professionals, could lead to an unsatisfactory approach to this issue. Bullying is not the victim's imagination, so much so that it has been consistently winning the media, awakening the family and society, as well as educators, to discuss the issue. Psychologists point out that in contemporary society, many children and young people are unaware of the exact differences between right and wrong, right and wrong. The purpose of this work is to analyze the positions adopted by educators, especially Pedagogues, within educational institutions; Study what is bullying and analyze the teachers' knowledge about bullying. Thus, the importance of understanding the role of the pedagogue through this phenomenon, through interviews with professionals in the school, can confirm that bullying is very present. The measures adopted are summarized in information and discussions with students, parents, administrators and other professionals of the school. The object of study of this work is in fact a form of violence that frequently occurs in the school environment. It is up to the school to think about the importance of the articulation of teachers and parents who sometimes do not even realize that their students or children are targets of some type of bullying.
