Egresso acadêmico: um estudo do perfil do curso de Gestão Pública da Universidade Federal da Paraíba

This work Completion of course is the result of scientific research experience from my participation as a volunteer Fellow of the Research Project "The egress PROFILE OF PUBLIC MANAGEMENT COURSE UFPB" held at the Department of Public Management. That research project has three analytical dimensions: The first dimension refers to the socio-economic aspects; second, the situation of the labor market for graduates and the third dimension, assesses the educational situation of the course from the perceptions of graduates and graduates of 2015.1. While stock market, fell develop an analysis of the dimensions of socio-economic aspects and job market. From this cut, this study has the general objective to analyze and form the profile of graduates of public management course UFPB. The methodology of the study was carried out by an exploratory and survey type. With the world of research graduates and students were graduating in Public Management in the period 2013.1 to 2014.2 graduated 48 students. The sample was non-probabilistic, was through access to sample population by direct contact and e-mail, totaling 27 employees of research, reaching 56.2% of the survey universe. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire formulated with closed and open questions. It found, among other data, the research collaborators identify with course considering an attractive choice for providing extensive training that qualifies them to work in private and public organizations.
