Análise do estágio curricular supervisionado do curso de administração na universidade federal da Paraíba

This paper discusses the theme of Curriculum Stage Analysis Management Course Supervised at the Federal University of Paraíba. The choice of theme is justified by the need to evaluate the contribution of Supervised for the professional development of students Administration Course, as the stage makes up the beginning of an important learning experience for professional practice, as emerges as an opportunity for students apply in practice the knowledge acquired in the classroom. Thus, the research problem sought to answer "what is the contribution of curricular supervised the professional development of trainees of the course of Directors of Federal University of Paraíba." The objectives to answer the question problem were defined by evaluating the importance of training for the professional development of Administration for the students, identify difficulties and the advantages and disadvantages perceived by trainees at work. An applied research was carried out, with a quantitative approach, descriptive and in accordance with the objectives, the data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed quantitatively, through charts and tables. Thus, the results showed the perception of trainees in relation to carrying out the activities on stage, providing professional development. Overall, the study identified some points to be improved on the stage, which can be passed by the fact that organizations still use the trainees to perform activities that do not allow them to obtain new knowledge and experience essential practices for their future profession.
