A importância do lúdico na brinquedoteca do Centro de Educação da UFPB: um estudo de caso na brinquedoteca da UFPB

This study aims to analyze the ludicrousness and its relationship in child development, starting from the work that is developed in the Toy Library of UFPB Education Center. The work is divided into three chapters. The initial considerations summarize the theme proposed, presenting the problem, research issues, the proposed objectives and the authors of child development that show in their theories the importance of the ludicrousness in child development. In the first chapter, a theoretical survey of the importance of ludicrousness to the development of the child was made; the relationship between the ludic and pedagogy; ludic activities in the learning process of children. In the second chapter, we dealt with the methodological approaches used, according with the nature of the research, descriptive and exploratory. The instrument used was a quiz applied to eleven trainees of the Toy Library of UFPB Education Center. In the third chapter we focus on a discussion about the Toy Library of UFPB Education Center as a space for the ludicrousness, and we conclude this chapter with the interpretative analysis of the results of the research from the views of the participants about the ludicrousness in the Toy Library. We end our study considering that the game and the play are of fundamental importance for any age group and that the ludic activities, when well explored and planned contribute a lot to the formation, development and creative potential of the child. The Toy Library is recognized as a child’s appreciation and ludicrousness space so that they can exchange experiences with other children of different age groups and build their own learning.
