Proposta de intervenção para o arquivo da Escola Municipal Jaidê Rodrigues de Menezes no município de Bayeux - PB

It aims to show the reality of the documents that make up the archival collection of the Municipal Elementary School Jaide Rodrigues de Menezes in the city of Bayeux - PB. It is an account of lived experience regarding the use and treatment of school documentation. This is an exploratory and descriptive research, since, from the diagnosis presents the reality of the institution studied, to propose alternatives that can contribute to improvement of the document management process in the said school. The results reveal that research will provide important data allowing reflect on a particular reality and the results can be applied to other public municipal schools. This perspective is being presented in the research, specific points of the index file, trying in this way contribute to other files in the same area as the documentation produced is no different, for the most part, from other schools. Therefore, we highlight the need for archival principles that can and should be used to improve the document workflow school and better serve the district in which it is located.
