Gerenciamento eletrônico de documentos no 15° Batalhão de Infantaria Motorizado - Exército Brasileiro

The use of Electronic Document Management (EDM ) in the Brazilian Army tries to show its advantages and disadvantages . An imaging system must provide different methods of organizing information for future use . No matter what type of combination of indexing methodology is used , it needs to be easy to use and easy to understand for people recovering documents as well as those that store the same. Regarding the Army archives, it is managed by a software called SPED where their information is managed electronically , avoiding the use of paper , saving time and space. In search of information security the Army military are taking steps to ensure the safety of the files is made.
