AS QUESTÕES DE GÊNERO NA GESTÃO ORGANIZACIONAL. ESTUDO DE CASO NO COMITÊ PERMANENTE DE GÊNERO DO MME E EMPRESAS VINCULADAS

The treated theoretical question in this work is referring to the treatment of the diversity, particularly the question of the sort. The case study it was based on the experience in Brazilian state-owned companies of energy, tied with the Ministry of the Mines and Energy - MME. The research method is exploratório, composed of revision of literature, analysis of referring documentation to institucional the Inter commission, that establishes lines of direction for the Brazilian state-owned companies tied with the ministry of Mines and Energy. Actions carried through and planned with sights to the improvement of the quality are presented life, staff and professional, of the women of the studied state-owned companies. As results they are presented in the conclusions, recommendations concerning steps to begiven for the Brazilian organizations, you publish or private, for the implementation of politics, lines of direction and actions affirmative of sort and indicated new research for continuity of search of answers on the valuation of the diversity as politics of management of people in the organizations, considering the successful history of the studied companies.
