Direito ao grito (explosão): Representações da violência de gênero em contos de Clarice Lispector
Abstract
dc:description.abstractThis research aims to understand how the literary representation of gender violence is configured in Clarice Lispector's work, based on the relationship between literature and gender, considering the structural nature of gender violence in patriarchal society and its elements highlighted in the writer's texts. To this end, a bibliographical research was carried out on literature and gender studies, gender violence, feminist literary criticism and theory, feminist criminology and part of the author's vast critical fortune that was linked to the proposal of this study. The aim of this research is to recognize the contributions of one of the most important writers of the 20th century, within the historical context in which she produced, to the debate on gender issues, especially with regard to gender violence represented in literature, the resonances that her literary works have in contemporary times from the perspective of literary criticism and feminist theory, and what epistemological tools they can offer to help confront the structural oppressions of patriarchy.
