Estudo de usúarios na área de engenharia básica da Petrobrás

The information needs of the Basic Engineering technical group of the Research and Development Center of PETROBRÁS are defined througout the knowledge of formal and informal channels used by them and by their information gathering-behavior. The communication flow of the Basic Engineering area is established by structuring the organization's internal and external network. The studied indicators will direct the Technical Informatin Division in supplying future information to the investigated community.
