Abordagem gerencial do cuidado de enfermagem em emergência

It is a question of a study that has as object the management of the nursing care on emergency. it has as objectives: Describe the activities of the nurse during the management of the nursing care in the Emergency Unit and Analyze the relations of the nurse’s activity, with the activities of the management of the nursing care in the Emergency Unit. This study is of qualitative nature of case study type. The subjects were all nurses who work in the Emergency Unit of a private clinic, localized in the South Zone at the Rio de Janeiro County. With reference to the data analyzed the management of the nursing care and the everyday of the nurses in the emergence unit allowed the description of the practices regarding the management of the nursing care on emergency. A care in which the nurses shall have agility, creativity, humanism and technology. Indispensable points for an adequate planning and decision making in the nursing assistance on emergency. A type of care in wich nurses need agility, criativity, humanism and technology. Some facts are essentials in order to have the right plan of action and decision making strategy, in the emergency roons nursing assistence. There are facts that contribute to non qualified management, such as no contingents of personel, physical structure, motivation, team relationship and conflicts that may happen. As a nurse manger, one needs to have his/hers strategy will defined so that it doesn 't interfere with patient care. The nurse manager will offer ways and instruments that will allow nursing staff to organize working process.
