Concept of the economical crime covers illegal activities done for economical purposes in a broader sense. In this context economical crimes includes, performing illegal activities prohibited by law in order to obtain economical benefits, applying illegal procedures, establishing illegal institutions, and performing transactions in illegal markets. In this respect benefits earned from activities which are described as crime by law constitute the crime economy.Despite the fact that it is used for describing off the books economy, instead of crime economy, words like; crime, secondary, secret, unofficial, shadow, hidden, black, alternative, smuggled, other, underground, misshapen, illegal, irregular, lost, marginal and non observable economy are used as well.All the financial activities realized in a country, consist of sections of black economy, grey economy and white economy. Black economy refers to the economy created by illicit money and money laundering activities which call for legal sanctions, grey economy refers to the economy which remains outside of the black economy, which is created by absence of record and declaration and whose subject calls for only administrative sanctions, and white economy refers to all recorded economic activities remaining outside of the black and grey economy, which does not lead to neither administrative nor legal sanctions.Description of terrorism, which is a kind of organized crimes , differs in time according to the society, to the state and even according to the researcher. Depending on the point of view, same activity can be considered as a terrorist activity or a freedom movement. Therefore, it is still not possible to make a common description of terrorism on international level. The reality that is accepted internationally about terrorism is that every country should follow finance of terrorism and fight with it, within their descriptions.Key Words: Crime Economy, Organized Crime, Terrorism, Financing of terrorism
