Qualität anamnestischer und lungenfunktionsanalytischer Daten zur Prüfung des Risikos der chronischen obstruktiven Bronchitis und/oder des Lungenemphysems bei Bergleuten im Uranerzbergbau

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with or without Emphysema is a recognised occupational disease among black coal miners. This survey conducts whether the requirements for the criteria are met to recognise this occupational disease for uranium-ore-miners as well. The former workers of theWismut AG have been under examination since the early nineties. On the basis of this data it has to be proved whether these collected data are valid and plausible. Firstly, it could be shown, that the documented diagnoses agree sufficiently with anamnesis and diagnostic findings. Secondly, the documents were transformed into electronic files, which cannot be reliably decoded anymore. Based on these results it is necessary to use original documents when examining the data.
