Modellierungen und Simulationen der Hydrochlorierung von Silizium zu Trichlorsilan für die Entwicklung eines technischen Wirbelschichtreaktors
Abstract
dc:descriptionThe model of a fluidized bed reactor for the hydrochlorination reaction of silicon to trichlorosilane was developed. In Detail, the reaction of metallurgical silicon with silicontetrachloride and hydrogen, the reaction with addition of a copper catalyst and the reaction with additional amounts of hydrogenchloride were examined. Therefore, experimental data of the reactions in a fixed bed and a fluidized bed reactor were analyzed by modeling and simulation. An equation considering interacting of adsorbed species on the catalytic metals fitted the kinetics best. During reactions the catalytic metals were deactivated. The influence of hydrodynamic in the fluidized bed reactor was described by a modified model from literature. Furthermore, different changes of particle morphology and different abrasion effects in the fluidized beds were present. With the developed reaction model simulations of a continuously operated technical fluidized bed reactor were performed. The technical reaction was strongly influenced by the way the particle morphology changed.
