Projektierbares Multiagentensystem für die Ablaufsteuerung in der flexibel automatisierten Fertigung
Abstract
dc:descriptionThis thesis presents a new, innovative solution for the operations control in different types of flexible manufacturing systems. Based on a thorough analysis of the differences between automated manufacturing systems for cutting, sheet metal processing and slug material processing, requirements for future PC-based control software are defined. As part of this thesis a new software platform “cosmos 4” is developed that provides (1) a generic object model and (2) a multi-agent system platform. The generic object model specifies an innovative meta model for modelling components, processes and events and thus provides the basic means for describing discrete production systems. The multi-agent system platform supports the rapid development and deployment of control agents in distributed PC-environments where individual agents can be easily adapted to the specific needs of individual manufacturing systems.
