Entwicklung eines automatischen Gitterdeformationsalgorithmus zur Strömungsberechnung um komplexe Konfigurationen auf Hexaeder-Netzen

dc:descriptionTopic of the Thesis is the automation and the efficiency increase of a new algorithm for the deformation of computational grids for numerical fluid flow simulation and its application to complex configurations. At the beginning an analysis of different methods for grid deformation, that are frequently used, is done. It is shown, that their application to typical CFD problems is neither efficient nor grid quality preserving.After validation of the code, developed in this thesis, its application to complex grids in 2D and in 3D is shown succesfully.
