Untersuchungen zum Einfluss einer intradialytischen parenteralen Ernährung auf den Ernährungszustand malnutritierter Hämodialysepatienten

Protein-Energy malnutrition is a common problem in hemodialysis patients.The presence of a malnutrition is known as a main reason for a higher morbidity and mortality of dialysis patients, wherfore the nutritional status is seen as one of the main factors influencing the prognosis of dialysis patients.This study shall examine the possibility of enhancing the nutritional status of Dialysis patients by administration of an intradialytic parenteral nutrition.The total alteration of different nutritional parameters of the whole collective as well as the relative changes are discussed. At the base of these results, a splitting of the collective into responders and nonresponders has been made and the results in these subpolulations have been compared.
