Chirale intramolekular koordinierte Alane
Abstract
dc:descriptionSeveral aluminum compounds Ar*AlR1R2, Ar*2AlR, and Ar*3Al (R, R1, R2 = Br, Cl, Me, tBu, Cp, and indenyl) incorporating the chiral ligand Ar* =2-[1-(S)-Me2NCH(Me)]C6H4, have been synthesized by salt metathesis reaction and have been characterized by multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C, 27Al), mass spectrometry and elemental analysis. The molecular structures of Ar*2AlBr, Ar*2AlCl, Ar*3Al, and Ar*AlCp2 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The dynamic behaviour of compounds with fivefold coordinated aluminum has been investigated by variable-temperature NMR methods; activation parameters were deduced from band-shape analysis of the 1H-NMR signals of the N-bound methyl groups. The dynamic behaviour of compounds with fourfold coordinated aluminum has been observed during NOE experiments performed with Ar*AltBuBr.
