Bruchverhalten von Leichtmetallen unter Impact-Beanspruchung

In the context of this research work, the flow and fracture behaviour of the Al alloy AA7075 (AlZnMgCu1.5), the Mg alloy AZ80 (MgAl8Zn) and the Ti alloy TiAl6V4 have been investigated in compression and tensile tests at different strain rates (0.001-5000s-1) und temperatures (20-450°C). To evaluate the influence of the stress multiaxiality on strain at fracture, notched tensile specimens with various notch geometries (notch radius: r=0.02, 0.4, 0.8, 1.2 mm) were tested quasistatically and dynamically. The deformation and fracture behaviour of the tested alloys could be described and simulated with help of Metallographic investigations, constitutive material modelling and the FE-method.
