Untersuchung von Morphologie und Strömungsverhältnissen nach kreislauftrennender Operation mittels Echokardiographie, Herzkatheterisierung und intravaskulärem Doppler

In this paper we analysed 45 patients with univentricular heart anatomy, who received operation either fontan operation or total cavopulmonary connection. We compared the applied examinations echocardiography and cardiac catheter. The intravascular ultrasound allows the description and analysis of flows, dependent on the used operation method, rhythm and influence of respiration. For the first time we described a homogeneousness flow, depending on respiration of the total cavopulmonary connection.
